XD100 - a note

There has been much said on here recently about XD100 usage. I've just replenished the oil tanks on the 90s and each one took exactly a litre. That litre ran the engine for 180.8Nm and was mixed with (approx.) 135L of petrol. I'll get a more accurate petrol figure when I refuel and will post it on this thread. It's a surprisingly small amount of 2 Stroke. We made the trip running between 3500 and 3900 RPM to extend our range/safety margin

I hope to have the boat back by the weekend all being equal, unfortunately I am now skint as I may have had the repair done free but the costs of transport and parts to put it back together again have now reached around £650 in the last month, ouch!

Did I not offer to run to Scotland to collect you while your scow was in the shop?

I must be losing it. I'm sure I did....

Yo!you talking to me!! The wuss is alive and kicking. Because of 'things' I was on the shore at Carsaig watching you going down the sound hailing back at Tory Rascal like a maddy on my h/held but he did not hear me. If I had known you were heading for Craighouse for lunch I would have come over just to buy you a superstitions or two!!
Great log pics great and obviously a good time by all. One of theses days we will all be in the same place at the same time and god ther bar bill will be horrendous!!
Cheers
ps I see you are still talking to yourself I told you to lay off the hard scottish stuff'
Cheers

Ah now it would be more the malt consumption we would be after!! Seriously not bad figs could have been worse if the conditions had been worse.
Finally how many cases of the Superstition did you bring back!?

D'ye know, after the first bottle it was starting to grow on me. Jura has a very strange aftertaste, almost like an Astringent, a kinda medicinal quality. Not what I'm used to. There was a hint of black chocolate in there too.

Ask me again when it's finished

Not a patch on Red Breast, now theres a whiskey notice the correct spelling, not that it is right of course there is only one spelling of the word WHISKY!!
