The mighty Parker ...

A short video taken on Saturday in the strong Easterlies we had. Blowing uo to 38mph but generated big rollers and not the usual confused seas.
This was a two RIB private charter, taken form the other RIB that was not having quite such an easy ride

Nice vid, yes ive seen your parker in some heavy stuff it tends to go through where as my Cobra goes over the top somewhat, I think weight could be helping also.

I agree superb video and that kind of performance is expected from the Baltic hull. This is a combination of three factors. weight, hull design and power pack

Nice..Boat looks Great!.. Though I Reckon she'd go better with the Consul pushed forward and a couple of single Jockeys !

You would be surprised how many have a rib like that and we have built them and are not daft doing so

I wish I had the time to edit this vid and a couple of others into one and add some music, but pleased to say too busy

If anyone knows of someone with Micro-light up for a bit of aeriel filming ....

Looking good. There's some proper weight with all those people! It looks like she'd stuff pretty easy as a result when fully loaded. Skippers beware, I wouldn't fancy it! Awesome kit though.

You would be surprised how difficult it is to stuff her. Over the last 3 seasons and 1000's of hours, I think it has been 3 times. I put that down to the hull and of course the biggest factor, the Skipper(s).
Fully loaded with clients and fuel, you can get the nose quite high using a combination of speed and trim. In the vid, we were running fully trimed in, to stop it get fully airbourne and they wanted to get the stag wet, which we failed to do other than a bit of spray.
We train our Skippers extensively and all who command her comment how free of vices the package is and that is also reflected in the comments of the clients. I dont think any "beware" warning is required

Didn't mean to criticise, with oversize tubes she looks and I guess performs impeccably. I'm with willk though, jockeys for 6 and helm forward, let's go offshore!!!!

May take a trip down from Chester for the air festival if I can get babysitter.

Agree with what Steve says - the boats not run at any speed in anything that could give rise to a proper stuffing. I also think the bow design gives huge lift as soon as it gets anywhere near going under and the couple of occasions I have been on it when its come close its due to the short steep standing waves, that you just cant ride over - even then its more spray than solid water.

Its maybe the most solid boat I've ever driven - a proper credit to Andre and everyone he has working on them, and yes the all up weight is significant !

I'd also give credit to Steves full time skipper for having huge skill in handling the boat in every situation.

Defiantely worth making the time to have a trip.
