Nice! I'd crap myself jumping those waves without a co-pilot! Do you have ballast tanks in your nose cones?

@ Will, Sydney Australia at a place called Umina NSW its across from Pittwater on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, we cross the Hawkesbury River and Broken Bay and play in the waves at Umina/ Box Head. It can get very heavy in a Southerly Swell as its very exposed, we just got lucky with some very light winds otherwise we would not have got the footage.

@ lukewhiting, no ballast tanks, boats are both race prepped and strengthened I am an ex racer but this boat is purely for social fun. Looking at your photo I see you race them, so am sure you appreciate hitting waves one up is nothing to laugh about or even contemplate, the thin red line between upright and upside down.

Glad you enjoyed it.

Nice one! Mines all race prepped too but I don't race it either...I'd love too though! Half the time it can be dodgy enough with two people but defiantly worth the risks when you smash through a breaker

Here are some photo aerial views of the place where the video was filmed.

This is the distance from Palm Beach over to Umina/ Box Head at the entrance to the Hawkesbury River and Pacific Ocean

This is the playground

A great place to train crossing river bars and navigating breaking waves.
