The Bull Rock,Co.Cork,Ireland

Made this trip a while ago with an Avon SR4.7.
The Bull Rock is unique among offshore rock stations with 2 Helicopter landing pads, built because of the Gannet colony.
The tunnel looks like it was cut with a Laser it's so clean, with no real faultlines in the rock, amazing place, right out there...

There would certainly be something rushing through my system - dunno if it would be adrenaline!

Looks like a fabulous trip .Where did you launch from and is the tunnel accessible at all stages of Tides .Hopefully we will get a blast of settled weather between now and Christmas so I can bring the Kids and the Pollock rod for a spin .

Launched from Bantry, so it was 33nm out.Yes,the tunnel has water at all stages but you need pretty good conditions for it,swell that day was 1.25m on the M3 buoy, would not be mad about doing it in any more than that, lot of fast water out there
