It's survival basics - send the most expendable first.

The Pirates Code!

Mr Jono Garton,

The name is Sparrow...Captain Jack Sparrow and I have been sailing these waters for many years now and have seen many a thing. However, nothing has quite shocked me as to your attitude towards other peoples misfortunes. Savvy?

You claim to be a man of the RNLI, a man who risks his life in the highs seas for any person who may be in peril but then you lower to such levels as humiliation. Maybe you be a Pirate yourself or is it you need to find yourself a girl mate...You're not a eunuch are you? O and I see no 'Professional'lism about your person. Savvy?

Being a man held in such high asteem around these parts by many (and possibly not such high asteem by a few) I believe you need look again at the manner in which you behave. Instead of attempting in someway to redicule those who make a slight navigational error while transitting those tretourous waters I believe you should insist in parting with your wealth of knowledge and experience and offer free instruction to the sailors, maybe a place to stay while you do so! Savvy?

One day you may be in need of some assistance while sailing the seas (I do hope I'm passing you by, I will remember to wave after taking your treasure - Not all treasure is silver and gold!) and if this happens there comes a time when one must take responsibility for one's mistakes. I'm sure you will not appreciate someone laughing at the photo or as your boats sinks - I should know, I have lost many a ship to the sea. Savvy?

Well Mr Garton, thats me done for now, I'm off to search for my ship - The Black Pearl.

P.S. I think we've all arrived at a very special place. Spiritually, ecumenically, grammatically! Savvy?

capt J Sparrow,

You often wonder why when someone has invested many thousands of pounds in a fine ship that they can't be bothered to invest in some sort of training.
If they had read their charts then they would have known that that wall was there. Unfortunate but thats sea faring life.

Maybe you think the local council should erect another wall on top of the existing one to warn everyone. And bung it on the poor Council Tax payers bill.

Jack. Fine words, but if I ever see you in Her Majestys Waters I shall take great pleasure in disabling your main brace. A Pirates heart is blacker than a black thing.

Signed. An Officer of Her Majestys Forces.

Ah Commodore Biggles, I see you are organising a fleet review of all you Rib Nobburs later this windy day, to be sailed 10 abreast through the Solent. How splendid, if only I was there to see it!

I suggest a compass similar to mine.

The British Navy with The Interceptor couldn't catch me, what hope do you have young sir?

The CZ7 would have been great fun down here yesterday afternoon. A wonderful baby swell, with a moderate 20knot breeze, even the ferry was punching into it nicely
