Technohull 688

Couple of shots from Technohull that I have just has sent over - this is the small stepped hull we designed for them last year and they went into production of this year.

Adam,

Whats happens with your plans to take a 999 to Uk for race?

What the differens in hull between the brand new 688 and the KR7 hull?

Is the price importfriendly? Or any plans to build the Technohull in Uk?

Working really hard on the 999 plan - now that the Round Britain race is definitely on I can start making some plans! Do have another option of a builder who wants to build a new design of mine for the race. For the moment though it is going to be a bit 'watch this space'

So a few options which is always good - now to raise some money and go and win the class!

The 688 is really a development of the KR7 - slightly shorter but with a newer step design and changes to tube positioning, spray rails etc. I tried one of them earlier this year in Athens and it went really well. It would actually make a fantastic boat with failry low power - something like 115 and it would be quick, handle great and be economical.

Looking great - first photos I have seen of your boat with the covered fore deck.

Keep informed of how things go and if you get some good action shots perhaps I could use them for my website. November will hopefully see my design site have a big re-work and with a lot of new details and boats added.

Best wishes
Adam

A latest version of the 688 - with bolster type seats and a new higher version of my race style console as now made in Greece by Technohull.

Looks really good and all are very pleased with the outcome.
