shame - I have never been to looe - would have like to have come - shame about needing a service - (I new I should have waited for the etec 150 to come out with its 3 years before the first service)

Sea looks nice and flat - didnt you fancy keeping going to Plymouth

Have you seen my scillies thread mollers and shaggy want to have a rest when we get there - think its too much boating for them no wonder they have to put their boats away for the winter - probably too tiered.

Have any of you from the St Austell branch ever been to ES Marine - according to the Suzi web site they are authorised dealers and therefore can do the service on my engine - never heard of them myself ???

Haven't used him myself yet but have heard only good things about him.

Have tried ringing him to sort out my last service but only ever get the answer machine.

I'm going to make a point of popping in to see him soon.

I know you have come to expect a piss take in every comment from certain members of the South West Rib Crew Not mentioning any mollers... er I mean names !!!

But I was actually asking a bona fide question - I was wondering whether we could get some "James Bond" style video footage of a boat coming out from under there at full tilt or if we would get nicked in the process.

We were actually sheltering under the bridge during a quick shower, there's a drainhole that chucks water down from the road above, tis orrible foul looking and smelling stuff and if you didn't watch it you could drift under it and.... gone on Bob you can tell the rest of the tale

Great trip out

Go on, you must do Bob, remember the bit when you said something like

"Thats a 35 mile trip and the only water I got in the boat was from under that %*+~? bridge"
and then Sue said something like

" Not content with doing it once he went back for another go."

There, that help?

I think that all rivers and estuarys are restricted now Roy. Although, I did hear that the Tamar up around the bridge has had the limit lifted.

( Was that non piss-take enough Roy?! )

I didn't tell him Bob, Honest

Yes your right about the Tamar Mollers, limit was 8kts for years but now lifted from the bridges upstream for about 3/4 mile and dedicated as water ski area. Hang on I've just remembered where you heard this!
