same one that had a sorta carpet on deck but a very very sexy console!! Believe the knees were foam of construction so surely if exposed would rot faster than wood wouldnt they??

Well it was good to see those of you that I meet, some new faces and some old ones.

The show for us was very good.

Saw some good and not so good boats at the weekend.
Even got chance to have a look at the cruise liner.

For those in the area there is a Gala Day hosted by the QHM at Portsmouth on Saturday, I will be there, if not see you all at Ribex.

Did anyone see the Rib near the Garmin stand.

I think it was a Gemini Rib. Did anyone else notice the metal plate going down from the top of the bow, all the way down the hull.

Great for landing on the beach, or for knocking something out of the way, but I wouldnt fancy getting hit by that Rib

I didnt notice it but we have one on the work Delta as we run it back up a ramp on the back of the mother ship. It does the job - as else the keel would be completetly trashed in a couple of days.
