Something fishy going on!

Heres our first attempt at laser engraving Tek-Dek with a Bananashark logo.

I think it looks great! It should do it took, all of about 4 weeks to produce. I hope Cookee is happy with it - delivery OK for Thursday!

we work with a byson laser and ar600 routers thinking now that you have digitised it would it not be easyer to engrave rather than burn and have to clean it all up, only trying to assit, if its real small i shall go back into hiding and shut up,

Our smallest achievemnet to date in stainless, attatched

Size

It is as follows

Height - 80mm
Length - 180mm
Depth - 2.5mm

Its subbed out, the black stuff is oil from the Tek-Dek material - the guys normally tape up before lasering it so we can caulk it and simply pull off the tape, the owner however left a numpty in charge and he didn't tape up.

Oh well, lots of sanding to do.

Excellent

Are you happy with the cut to shape bit? The fitter was a bit unsure as he only had about 5mm of Tek-Dek left to cut - 200mm plank - only just fitted!

It was here too late to glue down for the weekend unfortunately, so I'll let you know next week.
