Solent rib 6m diesel

I couldn't be more pleased with the boat, its smooth, dry, forgiving and doesn't apear to use fuel.

Picked up the rib on friday 14th May and here are a few pics.

Layup of the hull is nearly complete, fuel tank and engine bearers are in place and waitign to be glassed in.

Is that a box brownie your using to take pictures, except for the last one !

Nice boat with an engine that seems to be growing in popularity.

Cheers

hehe, the last one was taken by JF i think and posted on Boatmad.

Had a few problems with the photos, the first time i went down i took a digital camera with no batteries and the second time a normal camera with no film....

Had to use a disposable for all of them. the actualy picures came out ok but boots attempt at puttign them on cd left a bit to be desired.

Theres a good comparison in this month Rib International with the Mercruiser and the Volvo both fitted to 'umbers.

Beautiful looking boat mate!!

Are you considering an 'A' frame??

It would give you somewhere to hang the shower curtain.
