tbh I'm also considering sourcing some larger tanks in order to give me an increased endurance, sufficient to get round Anglesey comfortably, but without adding too much weight to the back end. Something like these that I spied earlier on this thread.



Either way, I've a feeling I'll be dropping off some polycarbonate to you in the New Year....

We have two 70L versions of them in our console. Nice and light.

This is a nice balanced engine for a 5.4m that is set up correctly. Really pleased with its first outing today. The other searider in the picture is for support ( more for fun )

Well done for going for it BT.. hopefully you caught ma few good waves,, one thing, the SR with the 75 Mariner looks really heavy in the water.. go careful with loading the transom up dude!!

I sure got a few good waves today.
Yeah at 174kg she is a heavy lump but by god that boat is well planted.
Not sure I'll be out in weather like we had yesterday or what is to come
