Irish Sea is for girls  big long swelly seas. North Sea chop, that's a different matter. Either way it's impossible to tell just by looking, the only way to tell is by some side by side sea trials.

In fairness there's plenty others actively selling from trade that's not paid up so as it stands I think he's good to remain as is, if you decide to start selling maybe not.
Surely having another manufacturer onboard to give an opinion or feedback is a good thing ? Especially if they are bringing a new concept to the table (which I'm not convinced this is btw)

Peter - Trade takes many forms. In the case of a used boat dealer - it simply means selling specific items that you have in stock. As such, any dealer can sell two ribs a year on here and not require Trade Membership
A RIB manufacturer is a more complicated situation - when does a general interest post become Brand Promotion? This thread is potentially interesting/entertaining and for that reason, you are still able to see it

Going into choppy waves I think there will be a big advantage but in a following sea I think you'll find the bow steers the boat and the stern will want to pass it. Perhaps you've got it right but I suspect it could be almost impossible to drive in some conditions. This info is provided on the basis of 'Don't ask me how I know this.'

That's why my new years resolution is to honestly test RIB in UK's sea.

Just off Yarmouth in F6-8 with the wind W to NW would be ideal (the same conditons and location I've stuffed 2 boats quite thoroughly...)
