What's your message editor interface set to? Click here:-  Edit Options ) Right at the bottom of the page it should say 'Standard editor, extra formatting controls' or 'full WYSIWYG'.
Either that or you can type in the youtube thing like this (remove the *s, I've just put them in so that it doesn't bring up the video) [*youtube*]2CMfdyS-FBY[*/youtube*]

Didn't have a you tube account so had to sign up.
Have changed format in edit section, thanks for that but still not able to upload video.
Could be because I'm a bit thick.
