Sea trials Gdynia Poland

Not often I sea trial a rib this time of the year and the real reason for this is that I do not enjoy very cold weather on the water and on Tuesday of this week we were lucky to have a bit of sunshine and the temperature was only just below 0 degrees C

Here are a few photos of a Parker 900 Baltic with twin Mercury 150 EFI. these are the minimum for this model but an excellent choice. With flat seas, no wind and 4 persons on board approx 200 ltrs of fuel we achieved 44 knots.

I heard for 150's, they're a "strong" 150. Looks like a good choice.

Handover at +30 C

It took over 30 days to reach the client and fortunately no damage in transit. With two transhipments on route one can never be too sure.

The handover was over last weekend and it was nice for a change to enjoy the warm weather on the water.
Here are a few photos taken over the weekend

That is me on the right in the third photo. For those who know me you will have to take my word for it

Looks like another great boat!

Technical question - why the solid tie bar AND the double steering cylinders on the engines? Usually, it's one or the other. Is there Teleflex's "liquid tie bar" valve too somewhere?

We do not use Teleflex only Ultraflex . As to your question then I have no ideal why it is done like that but will ask our guys from the service who do the engine installations as there must be a reason.

I am told that there should have only been one cylinder but the engineer who did the installation got carried away and fitted two .

I am not offended so no need to get back to me.

The Engineer has done a very neat job and the handling of the rib is very good. I have no complaints nor has the client.
