Royal Yacht Cruise - I need your help

Too late it was in 1994 ... However today I stumbled across this link via a friend!!! And the RED boat in the middle is me & mates in my Ribtec. Amazing!

http://www.cah.utexas.edu/photojourn...walker&picid=5

And so the reason for this post:

There must have been many of you out there on this day, there was thousands of boats many were RIBS. Does anybody have any pics of this event. If you do please post them as we many be able to find other pics of each other on the water. This was real history in the making and once in a life time stuff (athough this years inspection of the fleet by the Queen will also be amazing).

Hate to say this guys but to me it looks like the pic has been doctored up to superimpose the rib on the image.

Ha very funny! I am trying to buy the original pic from the photographer. Its definately me ... I can assure you, although the quality of the web one does make it look like a fake!

Also the cool things is I know where 5 others are with my boat featured. One was taken on board Britannia and we are in the background behind the queens head!!! (not the pub) The others are in the Britannia exhibition in Scotland and they are on the wall 2m x 2m big. The negatives are now all in the immperial war museum & proving hard to get hold of.

We are also in this one (although very small), some of you may be to:

My 11 year quest for photos continues ... if you where there then please dig out ya old pics!! video, cini!!

Scream data protection and that the photo with your boat in the foreground was taken without your express permission. Then tell him that the law suit would be quite happy if he gave you a picture!?

Far fetched I know.........but worth a try!
