RNLI sponsored Great Manchester 10k photo

Thought i'd put this photo on of me running the Manchester 10k run in 54 mins for the RNLI. Quite chuffed, lost two and a half stone in the training and raised over £200 for them!

Great Run

Well done Paul, a great result in more ways than one.

I to was up doing the run in Manchester and finished in 49mins, which made me 4,681st out of some 33,000+ runners. I managed just to finish before the rain started.

I hope you are now recovered and see you on the IOM trip in a couple of weeks. Will give £10 towards your sponsorship.

If anyone would like to support my fund raising it would be welcome. I did the Manchester and will be running the Great North & South runs in aid of the Anthony Nolan Trust and you can help by using the following link, and if not, why not sign up for the Bone Marrow register. I promise it is painless and very, very worth it.
Cheers
