Now thats what you call Baltic I love my 6.3 its an awesome bit of kit just wish it was a bit quicker on the top end. What will the 750 cruise at? Top end speed?

hi,

sorry for the late reply... both ribs achieve a similar top end speed of about 39 knots and cruise at 30 knots.

with a bit more room the 650 could probably chieve an extra 2 or 3 knots but we had to keep throttling doen in order not to hit any ice ;-) therefore did not achieve more than 39 knots.

Paul you need to exchange notes with DNV as his Parker 630 is the twin of your rib. Both built at the same time and of the same spoecification. Jan (DNV) has done a lot of long distance cruising in different weather conditions so he has a lot of experience.

when your Parker 630 was known as Seahawk 3 the max speed I got out of her was about 37 knots. She was my third demo 630 and with the lifted bow the best of the three.

Andre, I'm really happy with my rib, its an extremly solid and well built bit of kit (and no i haven't been paid to say that either). I've also achieved similar speeds trimmed out in a calm sea, i guess its just human nature to want to go faster
Are you still having a 750 built as your new demo boat??
