Just to add my thanks to Brian and Charles for organising a great weekend. When i (finaly) arrived home last night (i think it was early this morning) i had done over 1000 miles since Thursday evening

Having perfectly put the boat on the trailer at Mayflower slip the handbrake decided to remain well-and-truly on... and my 1.9TD could not pull car, boat and handbrake up the slip - but David's Discovery could - thanks very much. Anyway the AA sorted it all and i got away before 5pm.

Nice to meet a lot of great people, drink a lot of beer, burn a lot of petrol (150li in total )...

Will post pictures in a few days (camera lead at work in London).

Daniel

Great Pics......... I will have some too but not for a while..... (The emulsion on film variety). But they will be here one day.

Thanks to Charles and Brian for a great trip and sorry I couldn't make the Sunday trip to Fowey but time was tight.

How about the Med next year? (Just a thought)

Mike C

PS,

My Mercruiser 1.7 used a bit less diesel than you used petrol Daniel.... but I won't say how much. You'll only feel worse!

Anyone heard from Manos? Not a word nor sight of him on the Forum since he cancelled his attendance on the RibNet conference

I think he is embarrassed, particularly after his 119 posts to the effect that he would be in Plymouth!!
