I know cave diving is dodgy but then so are many other things. I am an experienced caver and used to do a lot of diving - wouldn't mind combining them. There is an amazing place quite near to me that is excellent for anyone learning to cave dive.
The place is an abandoned silica mine - natural rock pillars so no worry of collopase. The levels are huge - big enough for a train. The water is so clear you can't even see where it starts - you have to thow a stone into the water before you realise there is water there!!! Really beautiful.
