Redbay RNLI

So there we were in Redbay Boats, asking Gary some more questions and I said, "Gary, what do you..., Gary? GARY?"

And there he was, gone!

That's him at the front. I think he called that one in himself just to get away

Nice photos.
How rough does it get there, see you still have a County.

Thnx

I'm not sure what the conditions are like when it's bad, Chewy. Redbay itself is relatively sheltered but the coastline to the North (Torr Head/Rathlin Sound) and the South can be fairly hairy.

Sorry, dunno what a "County" is.... I must ask Gary

Sorry, the County is the type of tractor, wasn't sure if it was a sheltered launch?

Gotcha! The coastline you see beyond the 75 is Kintyre, so open to the NE, the quay wall provides decent shelter to the SE, land has the other side covered. It's a great launch spot for civilians too, if you're not easily intimidated by RNLI shouts and Tom's fleet of John Deeres launching and recovering £200k super ribs around and about you

I take it they don't have much trouble having an open tractor then?
