Big orange ones!

We were like two tangerines on a toothpick...

So nobody will recognise us, and we can scoot under the bows of huge ships without being identified!!

Genius!

So next time I do that, I can blame you!

"A Ribcraft did it, and ran away..."

Then, when we get pulled over, I'll say..'it's not us you want gv'nr, it's them with the alternating orange and lemon heads' !!

Saw a ribcraft follow the 1350 boat across the river today. It looked like the black ribcraft from the training centre at Lamlash. Thought it was yourselves at first.

Cheers

Nope, wrong place for us - we took some SLC down to Paddy's Milestone for a wee neb. It got a bit choppy on the way down - took 15 minutes longer than usual. Oh well. The trip was a lot in our Village Hall fundraising auction - they paid GBP215 for it. Well worth it in my book - they got a few extras thrown in

Oh, and all the dosh went to the hall funds - we even did this with the sanction of the island HMCG SO

I thought Arran Adventure had flogged their older boats - just one Quinquari Humber (which I think is now in Largs for the winter). That boat is Cowal's big sister

Cowal's outside on her trailer now - that's why the weather's improved

Britain is great at treating it's heritage with such contempt. The Queen Mary is only still around because the Yanks are looking after it. The Queen Elizabeth ended up at the bottom of Hong Kong harbour. And what they did to Warspite was criminal after it's amazing history.
That's why we are now just "Britain" not Great Britain like we once were....and don't even get me started about Concorde..

Best not mention TSR2 then....

Isn't in amazing how the Yanks loved their space programme but actually protested against Concorde landing at their airports - bet it would have had an amazing reception if it had been built over there!!!
