after plying over the frame its time to cut door and cut thin plastic screen for template and to work out fixings.

lee any more pics yet one with a tape measure along side would be good to help give an indication of size

after getting door and screen right there was a lot of filling and fairing to get rid of warps and bows in wood. them we give it a high build hard polyester surface primer (in this pic) this will sand off with long boards to get rid of grain patterns in wood.
