Watched the video, not sure but to me that engine looks low hence all the spray up the transom.

Pretty sure it's not too low. Think it's the transducer causing the spray....

I tend to agree with free spirit, can't see the main anti-cavitation plate which should be just visible at normal cruise and above, but all hulls are different as are props, might be worth taking it up a hole and trying it out.

Propping correctly & how to test props.....

The main cav plate sits about 3-4 inches above the keel, I actually dropped it down during the refurb as it was another 2 inches higher...

Looks good to me. Agree the spray is making it look like it's too low. You can see the just before it gets going properly the plate just on the water coming off the back of the hull.

Not to mention it was pretty choppy that day.
Without doubt the paddle and the transducer are throwing up spray, going to adjust them upward.
