Looks like you're gonna need windscreen wipers for that cam. When was that? Last week sometime or Saturday?

Great great shots, but (& I dont want to be a killjoy) have you got a Lifejacket on ?

I've been known not to put mine on, but not in anything like that....

I can only see a coat.....

Quite correct, no lifejacket. Extremely rare occurrance for me to put one on, my own personal choice although anyone else that comes onboard gets offered one.

Now, whatever about the LJ, video reduces sea conditions by approximately two Beaufort points, so that's one mean motherfcukin' stretch of water. So kudos to Mr. Martini and his Amazing Flying RIB.

I especially liked the finger of water that reared itself toward the portside at one point. Brrrrrrr!

But the really good thing about the camera is, if you get ejected, they'll know where to start the diving...

I'm guessing the same reason I dont wear a seat belt in the car, a hard hat on construction sites, a harness when I climb up a tower crane, I smoke 30 cigs a day etc etc.

Everyday life is full of dangers from burning your tongue with a hot coffee to sitting in a 737 that falls out of the sky, its all about how much risk each individual is prepared to take. At one end of the scale you could lock yourself in a padded nuclear bunker, at the other end of the scale...there's me

In short, I don't give a s***

Please don't take this to mean I condone the non use of LJ's, nor do I have anything but respect for the decisions other people make about their own personal safety

Nice video

The camera is mounted on the A Frame, yes, but how high is it above the waterline?

It seems slightly lower than your head so I would guess say 4.5 - 5ft from the deck or am I way out?
