NW Ribsters and the Ribnet North Wales Xmas Trip

Chris D has had some photos developed of the rather cold trip we had over Xmas so here they are;

In the last photo I'd just like to say....who needs Dani Behr on the Thames?

The reason why all those NW ribsters were smiling was they'd just been told David Manning couldn't make it

Not really.

I'm still really happy with it and everybody always says it rides nice in the water. It squats a bit with the back pods 4 up but besides that I've not had a problem, the trailer is another matter!!!

In the near future the VHF is coming out for and ICOM and a new lowrance plotter sounder is on the cards before summer hopefully.

That is the same boat, the organisation is based at Tynemouth and provide safety cover for water based events near and around the Tyne. The first picture was taken in Bridlington at the National Schools Sailing Association Regatta

yeah its off Bridlington Beach when we organised the safety fleet for the National Schools Sailing Association Annual Youth Regatta. It belongs to Red Seal Rescue who are quite frankly the dogs nads! Always up for a laugh and willing to help out with any job!!

We are trying to organise a fleet of 30 safety boats for the same event this year which will be on Gratham Water in the end of July. (24 - 29 July 2005)

If you're interested in joining in drop me a PM.

Chris
