If done properly there wouldn't have been any more damage.

Connect up winch to bow eye and winch the trailer under the boat untill the trailer starts to level. Then winch on as normal (don't ask me how I know ). I doubt that much damage was done, certainly a mix of gel coat and a liberal coat on the hull couldn't fix. I hope the outboard skeg didn't hit the ground though.
