Views of completed hull laminate with chine support longitudinals main keel longitudinals and transom knees, full transversal frames and fuel tank support transversals - next job to ensure all limber holes are installed and clear prior to fuel tank being installed.

Patterns For Floor Timbers Being "dry fitted" to hull - gives you some idea of the actual final deck space

Removal of tank?

Steve,

Is there any provision for removal of the tank should there be problems?

Fuel tank problems do happen

Yes we know that there can be problems with tanks!!

The short answer is yes the tank could be removed, but, this is something only practical for us to do at the factory, its not likely to be a DIY job!
As in order to make the underfloor area as waterproof as possible (ah, ah) the whole floor is bonded in, as is the tank.

But we have successfully removed, replaced and made good a couple of other manufacturers tanks, but as I say not a job for the owner/occupier.

Floor Down And Bonded

Floor timbers bedded down on Crestomer structural adhesive and whole floor overlaminated.
Pictures also show removal of transom section of mould, revealing finished transom of the actual boat - (boat is still in mould at this point)
