We were there, Roy.
Not as brave as you though - we launched at Saltash.
We circled the course. Then we anchored up for lunch near the first turn.

We were also near that big red boat you took a pic of but it got a bit chaotic so we nipped round to Whitsand Bay.

Bob & Sue (we spoke to you last weekend on Myler slipway)

It was a shame we missed you - and everybody else !

Roy,

I see you are selling the Humber. Have you got a replacement in mind yet?

I have a replacement in mind - its just getting out of my mind and into reallity that is going to be the problem.

Im looking at the Ribcraft 5.85 with an Evinrude 90 E-Tec.

They can build this boat wih a 40 gallon under deck fuel tank which will give me the kind of range i want. I also like the fuel economy and 3 years untill first service the e-tec engines give.

Im just waiting to see if one comes up second hand but ive not seen any available with the E-tec or the 40 gallon fuel tank...

If i have to buy new i dont think the wife is going to appreciate the dent it will make in our finances

What a great weekend. Any idea if there is going to be any coverage of the race on sky or terrestial TV?

Nipped to Salcombe afterwards and saw this nice looking boat. Also saw a 12 ft basking shark which was amazing!!

Thanks very much! Let me know when you're ready to expand or change your fleet and I'll put you a package together!
