Looks a bit fishy to me !

Can anyone advise what this little fellow is. We caught 3 of them within 5 minutes using feathers in about 40 ft of water next to a rocky outcrop.

Indigenous to the British Isles, the species referred to is native to the Worsley area of Manchester, although sightings have been reported in locations as diverse as Kazakhstan, Russia and, to a lesser extent, Jordan and Syria. I'm intrigued, where does this MeMe come from??
Maybe I'm not alone here but it is an odd name. Was it because when you were a child and someone said who wants some ice-cream (or wharever) - you always said MEME??

Jono, unlike you selfemployed entrepreneurial types who no doubt live up on the hill overlooking the harbour in palatial style, a £100k ish is all I can afford !!

Charles, like many I'm on-line under a pseudonyn related to the name of my vessel.

I'm on boat number 5 and all so far have been called MeMe, which, is also the pet name of my daughter Amelia, which, she gained from a friend of the same age who when little couldn't say Amelia - only meme. Thereafter and to this day it's stuck.
