With respect, I've spent plenty of time in and around the waters of littlehampton and it's sand bar, both racing and pleasure boating. The 12-18" swell in 'action man Andres' pictures are pretty average for that area! And whilst I agree that some would turn round and head for the pub, they wouldn't all be hardboaters! The big Yawn for me is the standard 'I'm a bloody hero' shit, that so many wannabe's in thier blow-ups think is thier duty!
I'm sure Andre is a hero of the highest order, and as he says, every hardboater is a poof, scared whitless of a 6" chop! yeah right! you'd never find a ribber turning round would you!

Shape up fellas, your living in cloud cuckoo land.

love, softyboater

Hi Jon Fuller

When I did that post I said to myself if anyone was going to respond to that one first then it was going to be you. And how right I was. Pity I did not put any money on that.

as for the "action man bit" well we do not grow up only our toys get more and more expensive.

How about you don't you let your hair go down from time to time

Have fun live is just too short to miss out on things

Hi Jon Fuller

Read my post and don't quote things I did not say.
also I would not describe myself as any hero. Those were your words. I was just having fun.

Andre, One day when I grow up, I too hope to romp through massive 12 inch seas without a fear of my steed, or my nerve crumbling beneath me, until such time I will continue to brave the hyde park serpentine (when the weather permits of course)

JF I suppose that in Leviathan you're going so fast by the time you reach the bar that you've only got the props in the water anyway!
