Did you use Isuzu on long trips ?
I towed the RIB from South of France to the Hebrides (North West Scotland) and back this summer. A 3500 km trip.

The weight of rib & trailer is around 1700 kg. Fuel consumption was about 11-12 l / 100km (Auto gearbox). I was driving at 110 km per hour on highways.

The Dmax is a great towing vehicle : lots of torque, very stable, and comfortable for long journeys driving. I am very happy with it. It's a robust and very reliable vehicle.

A great day for a pig tour from Nassau! This is our rig - Parker 900 Baltic with twin 250 Verados - TTop going on soon (this sun don't play!)

edit: so I guess "Rig" means with the two device? Well we don't have a trailer or a vehicle capable of towing her right now, and we're in the water year-round!
