Loch Ness 7 a.m.
On the way to Urquhart Castle with the Ness Express to do some filming for the BBC's Coast programme. It was such a beautiful morning, the loch is hardly ever as flat as this !

On the subject of beuatiful mornings......
This is a very rare shot - It's actually planing!
About 5 mins later the spark advance stop screw locknut let go after I throttled back to phtoograph a passing seal, 5 mins after that the spark advanced far enough to knock metal off the corner of the pistons, and the Aux got it's first good run of the season......
The irony is had I left it at WOT, the stop screw wouldn't have shaken itself loose... As I think Nasher said in another post recently "the hazards of secondhand engines...."
