Leeway 8.3m doing cross channel regularly.

just had a customer p/x his balistic in for a custom leeway 8.3m.

New Leeway got dropped in yesterday for a 10min quality control test run then handed over to new customer who took the rib cross channel (home) in record times in rough weather conditions and is very happy

couple of pictures to show our new sport seats and new off shore large screen.

I'm sure that the customer will be happy too.

But how useful is a screen that big when you get all those little spots of salt spray cluttering up your vision? I only have a small screen, the moments I want to sit down for a while to rest my legs I find it difficuly seeing small details in sea conditions etc.

Its like having a sail on a RIB, not my cup of tea to be honest, but the customer gets what the customer wants.

It doesn't look as though you could stand without head butting the screen or the stainless tubing

We know the style is not exactly cool looking to some. the customer got exactly what he wanted and he is more impressed with it than we thought he would be..

We have had customers sell top priced ribs to get one of ours now i can add balistic to the list

Fred bolton
your right the screen is low and only a 5'5" person can stund under it but with bucket sport seat you cant stand anyway! would be like trying to stand in your car (even in a convertable the steering wheel is in the way)
