hi, i was in Humber today and really thinking about a new rib but as you can imagine the extras really are expensive. how much was your A frame if you don't mind me asking and was it easy to fit with the nav lights ?

Hi Jono, I assume that this is to stop the jockey bases cracking where the back rest is attached at the rear? Interesting that you've addressed the symptom rather than the problem - you're following Humber's bad practise of attaching the back rest to the wrong surface!

Hi Richard
Hope you are well, nice to see youre in a positive mood.
This isnt to stop the flange cracking.
These arn't humbers seats, PBS have their own molds. These seats have 3/4 ply laminated in to the back surface where the bolts come through and all the seats and the console on my boat have double lay up. By mounting the back rest on the side of the seat you cant get a strong enough stainless frame in my opinion.
