No, as the bolts wouldnt look very good going through the hull, but the locker is as strong as the hull.

I like the cradle very unobtrusive how big is the cannister?

What do you reckon the bollard pull of your Samson post is?

Those extra fuel tanks

I like the look of the additional tanks but have you had the boat out with them stacked like that?
It looks like the bungees will give when the boat hits the 1st big wave and they will be dislodged and could come loose, this could compromise the intregrity of the fuel lines, (they may pull apart)?
Would they be better laid flat across the deck?

I am not an expert and I am not having a go it is just an observation, (I know what it is like to work really hard on a project only to have some gobshite try to pull it to pieces).
