Last Saturday-Whitby to Recar windfarm



Hope this link works. Nice day out on Saturday. Ran up to the wind farm at Redcar and back to Staithes for a pint and a sandwich at he Cod and Lobster. Yougest son getting into his Gopro.

Thanks. We had a strong off shore wind gusting over 20 knots but high cliffs gave a bit of shelter until we got to Saltburn and then it kicked up a bit,but not too bad . video always irons out the sea state a bit though. On the way back I kept close to the cliffs and it was remarkably flat so almost wot for a couple of miles. Did about 55 miles. Nice day trip for the time of year. Quite warm too.
