Marejada means swell - was used by the Spanish in a very early version of the Beaufort scale - Marejada is a Force 3 - think it was a bit more than that!!!

All I can say i sthat its easy to give it holly when you are in a huge fu...in ship with at lest two choppers to pick you out of the drink if the shit hits the fan.
Never looked like there was much more than a predicitive swell off shore and two choppers having fun......
Bet you the skipper did not own the bloody thing either and was after a few Pink Gins...
Cmon COdders. I am in a hotel room with feck all to do than look at this site.
By teh way, met an old (we were young) friend who I was in school with 30 years ago for the first time since.
We are getting on,,, meanwhile if you want footage and if I do not own the boat, let me drive with two choppers up the rear..I will actually go dam nearer sinking it........

Why do they play music on these clips? I'd rather hear the engines roaring and barking, the water sizzling and the boat thumping and crashing.

I suspect either (a) it doesn't have a sound track recorded - e.g. no microphone set up OR (b) if they are filmed from a chopper then all you will hear is the wind on the mic / chopper engines.

I agree JW, there'd be a nice sound down in that engine room with the big turbos blowing

That Froggy tug is pretty powerful - over 12,000hp.
Yes it is USUALLY nicer to hear the background noise but in this case the music fits the scene perfectly - well done for finding the track Jimbo - it's great - hadn't heard of them before - very Clannad like.

yeah I love that piece too - the bloke in the top left picture looks like Jazz man off of the Fastshow though
did he do that epic song used in the film gladiator too? sounds his style (the bit at the end when he dies)
