Good pics. How did they get that Revenger out of the water? It looks quite calm - or is the camera deceiving us?

Anything exciting to report from the racing?

Hi Louise,

Well spotted! It was pretty calm and the Revenger spent most of the trip out of the water

Good idea. The boat is down at Salcombe for a couple of weeks now, but we will be out on the Solent again soon. I will PM you with some dates nearer the time.

Hi,

Not gulity.. this Scooby Doo doesn't have a trailer. Someone else in the Paignton area must have a boat that was also named by their children...

We Saw the Dolphins, and helped to escort them off the course....a pretty hard job, we handed them over to the fire/rescue boat who had jet drive engines as they like the water pressure and they escorted them towards Cawsands but as soon as the race was started again they came back!!! ....It was great to see them though.

Hey,

Nice job! How do you escort a pod of dolphins? Do they come when you whistle?

Race control told us to get behind them and move slowly out to the west, we had to be pretty careful as it's an offence to follow them apparently!
