John, you're missing...........

the point I'm affraid. This Sonam chap with 9 posts to his credit has yet to impart anything constructive, in fact to-date, in all his posts he has done nothing other than agitate and provoke aggression.

Now you know me, always one for a bit of light banter, I'll take it as happily as I give, however I think one needs to build up a bit of history on these pages before you can sling mud with such venom.

Graeme.

MeMe, relax, I'm not muscling in on your patch.

I'm glad Manos is taking my comments with the light heartedness in which they are intended. His original definition of LOA excluding the tubes is still wrong though.

So he's had a bit of a light hearted pop at Manos a few times. As far as I can see it has been done with very little venom and is mainly pointing out where he's contradicted himself, or stated the obvious.

I agree that Sonam adds very little to the discussion, but I would rather have nine of his posts to one of your little outbursts! While I'm at it, perhaps you might like to review your last couple of dozen posts and review the useful information to banter ratio

Anyway, school's finished now so stop hanging around in the playground. No smoking on the bus on the way home either!

John

Sonam seriously I'm affraid that if you look the BIBOA racing rules you will find otherwise and will will reconsider your views.

I agree the rule book measurement excludes tubes, but it doesn't pretend that it's LOA either.

Hey falcon, if your going to post some elapsed times, it might be usefull if you clarify what the "500" is. Miles, kilometres, dams, competitors or ducks????

This Sonam geezer seems a bit backward... (and not very original)

Gariep 500 rubberduck race - February

If you are one of the more adventurous individuals then this is just the event for you. During February each year the longest inland rubberduck race in the world takes place on the Gariep Dam. The event which runs over a distance of 500 kms, is completed in one day.

There we go mr Dark Dickliker Ducks and Kms.
