Hi the boat is 8070 +vat

a suzuki is apx 6,500 retail

am I missing something

Well the boat is ex VAT as you say. That takes it up to 9500

The suzuki i believe was 8k Your price inc VAT comes to 7500

So thats 17k and you havent got a trailer.

motor is inclusive of vat

I kinda thought that as a package there would be a significant discount.

And being a falcon would be cheaper than some/most brands but seems on a par

Also resale might be LOW being a falcon

Price one pays for a middle man but also the safety of a rep that is in the UK (if you don't want to take the risk and import it your self from SAfrica direct).

700RSR experimental

The TYamaha 200 HPDI I hear consumes same as a 130. Great engine for a great boat!!

I would say far, far less Manos. I owned a Yam 130 old-tech 2s and have been on 'Blue Ice' with Richard B on a long distance jaunt and it was far more efficient.

Really?? That is unbelivable!!
Daniel I have heard so many good things about this engine that is in my mind to change mine. But just waiting in case Yamaha comes up with something better in the 2-stroke department

How much more fuel do you guys think a suzuki 115 will use compared with suzuki 90?
