apart from being trailer trimmed and over to port....no just how they sit on the transom - steering system wasn't primed by that point so they sat right over on the stops.

all of the electronics will be hooked up over the next week or so; the entire stepped deck area (encompassing the seats/consoles/mast) can be removed with relative ease. Seawork always comes around to quickly - it was important for us to get the new concept finished for the show! Trials and testing takes place over the next few weeks and we have many items on the agenda. Also the radar mast is not the final item; meerly an indicative system that we can use during the trials period. The final one is in production and is another exciting move forwards.
As for the consoles looking like lego - this boat is purely function over form; the tri-console set-up works very well on other craft including our 870SX rescue craft as supplied to Lough Neagh Rescue. The set-up allows the helm to get on with the job of driving the craft, whilst a navigator and surveilance/comms station deal with everything else.
The throttles and helm were designed around various industry papers and alongside Ullman Dynamics positional information. Along with the seats, DELTA Shock Deck System (DSDS) and G SenseII shock monitoring system - the design should allow for greater crew comfort and longer endurance.
The hull by the way is an entirely new design for Delta and this is only the second to be popped out of the mould. The development of the new hull is partly as a result of the ever increasing speed requirements from customers nowadays.
