That's over 60Nm (plus return leg) in pissy conditions in a 6.5m Rib?

It was a long way but the boats put up with it well can't say the same for some of the bodies.
Dieppe is a good place to go for us over this end of the country, quite good restaurants and petrol on a barge which we didn't expect as we had a lot of jerry cans with us expecting some taxi action!!!! Note for anybody going for fuel there automatic card machine only no cash! Nobody even checked us coming in or out and it was free to moor and we did call up the marina on the VHF. Would have to say that AIS was a great help as when the heavens opened we could see where the big ships were as vis was down to 10 meters and I wouldn't like to get run over.
Both boats used about 110 litres each way. The Ribcraft was a 6.8m with a 225 opti on the back. The Redbay was a 6.5m with a 225 honda.
