I am sure others have their favourite photos taken on this outstandingly beautiful cruise.
Here is one of mine of Duart Castle at the eastern end of The Sound of Mull in the Inner Hebrides.

or how about this one of Little Loch Roag, North Lewis. It is a long slim Loch with an extremely narrow entrance.
But beautiful and still in the early evening.
Moored to bouys are Hot Lemon 4, Still Deep One and Camel Trophy 1.

It was indeed one of those "Cruise of a lifetime" opportunities.
I am going to stop posting photos here now to give others a chance to contribute.
I ONLY took 197 photos so it could get (even more) boring if I carried on.

Oh. OK I can't resist it any longer. Here are two more piccies.
A word of explanation though. These were taken driving into Little Loch Roag on Lewis. The entrance is very narrow and dangerous. It runs in a channel about a mile long and in parts only about as wide as a two-lane country road. It is festooned with rocks (most just below the surface and unmarked on charts) and twists and turns like crazy.
It is not advisable to enter at speed without local assistance!!
I had the pleasure to be on Mike Deacons boat, Hot Lemon 4 and our entrance through this narrow gap at 35-40knots was one to be savoured for a lifetime.
Still photography cannot do justice to this thrilling ride, however, it's all I've got to show you.......

and here is another.
When Alan Priddy and co. crossed the Atlantic for the first time (you must get their marvellous book!!), they came down the outside of Barra and tried to pass between Barra and Vatersay. Unfortunately, someone had come along and built a causeway between the two islands (in the middle of the night??) and closed off that option!!
