Cylinder head now ready to go back on. I also had to order a new tiller handle as the original had snapped off under the rubber grip.

I finally got around the repairing the cracked cowling. I really dislike working with fiberglass, but i think the overall finish isn't too bad.

Everything is ready to go for a first trial run. I'm just waiting on a replacement coil pack, then a quick check over everything and fingers crossed i have put everything back together properly.

I'm liking this new trend of making good use of the living space
Now I see why "open plan" is becoming so popular

Any updates on the project? Did you get to replacing the floor?

Cracking idea.
