Adam's Boat

From Sunday in the Solent - a selection. PM me if you want copies of the originals - or the one's which did not make the top 5 - they are rather big!

All went very well - first time on the water with an Optimax XS200.

Just trying to get soem hours on the engine, but all seemed to work as it should. Too early to say how quick she is going to run - but by the end of the day we saw 70mph upwind and downwwind with a best of 72 mph. Still quite a few rpm to go - although not sure if she will spin the prop we had on to max rpm.

Should be out again this Saturday.

Did we see you zooming up Southampton Water late Sunday afternoon, just as the Oriana was leaving? Saw something very very very fast!!

Me Martin, Anto and the Jackeens were entering soton water just as the Oriana was leaving but I wouldn't say we were going that fast!

I can tell you that the wake from that ship is very very very steep!
