The file size was too big and my attempt to reduce it failed;can anyone assist?

Reduce the size of the image, via an image editor. This will make the file smaller. Keep it under the limit (100 kb) and get it posted the way you know.

"Most decent graphics software will allow you to resize pictures easily. If you haven't got a program to do this though, you can download PaintStudio Lite which is free and will do the job easily"

Or microsoft photo editor which comes free with Windows these days. Well at least I have it on my laptop!
