A good day in North Wales

Spent the whole of yesterday on the water out in North Wales, weather was great, people were nice and the boat was great, was thoroughly enjoyed by all, only problem was trying to find somewhere to launch at dead low tide, found a place, tractor had us in in 5 mins and we were off, engine did well, with six on board and a full tank of fuel we hit 42 knots which I thought was pretty good. And when the v-tec kicks in at 4,500rpm it really grunts.

Hope to see some of you on on the water during the year.

Just remembered, as we were launching about 11.30 12ish we saw three ribs come in to recover, a blue one an orange one and a valiant all about 5 metres anyone on here? Looked like they were having fun.

Where did you launch in the end?
It looks like somewhere near Beaumaris, ABC powermarine?

I fell in love with Menai when I did my PB2 on there. Will be back on there in June when I have a week at Port Dinorwic.

yeh we launched near Caernarfon in the end with the tractor, was really busy, will be in port dinorwic from 6th to 8th July, might see some of you down there.
