Wanted : Windsurf Sail

Does anybody have an Old Windsurf Sail, doesn't have to be snazzy, It's wanted for a dirtsurfer (http://www.dirtsurfer.com/en/defaultds_int.asp) that I've had for a while, Shooting down the hills and holes of Rutland, and got told when moving down to Portsmouth got told about using it with a sail, but dosen't seem to be any older sails anywhere!

Thanks in advance

I've perused Ebay but the problem is that they are all still for windsurfers, was looking for something a bit tattier and older... and hence cheaper

If you're really not fussy you can pick up a complete windsurfer for £20 inc rig on Ebay...

Have you tried Jimbo? I gave him a wind surfer a couple of years ago. If you find one with a mast I wouldn't mind taking the mast off you for another project.

I'm after an old sail to cut down and put on my kayak, I've just put an advert for one on my local http://www.freecycle.org/

There's a lot of rubbish on there, but every now and then something comes up. I just picked up 2 extra kayaks!

Yes he has! The windsurfer you gave me is currently working hard at Stormforce Coaching, where it is regularly dunked on Safety Boat courses!

I do have a couple of windsurfer sails and I think masts etc in the back garden - Pete you're welcome to take a look anytime and liberate a mast section if needs be.

Adam, stay out of my house!

Excellent , I am looking for a cheap spinnaker pole for the yot for light winds so a wind surfing mast should do.

Will do , Don't want to get interviewed by the Police.... I'd be careful too Pete, there's been a spate of marine related crimes on Rampart Row!

Watching a couple of items, seemed to be typing in the wrong keywords and finding lots of results now, but may have a friend who is a sailing instructor back in Rutland obtaining me one for slightly less!

Thanks for the help.
