Wanted: Cheap Project Boat

Please Help

My bored 15 y/o son is looking for a project he can work on, so any type of small boat that he can refurbish, without too much cost, would be of interest. So, if anyone has for example a small wooden/fibreglass boat/dingy or maybe even a rib/sib, that needs sorting out and they want to get rid of for not too much cash, then please let me know. An engine is not essential at this stage, but if it needs a trailer then that would be helpful. Anywhere in the Portsmouth to Poole/south area would be ideal.

I know I missed the exact thing about a month ago on here (trailer with boat for £100)

but at the time he hadn't had his brainwave!

I hae a flatacraft 4 with good hull and tubes on a trailer. It needs fitting out but the hull an tubes don't leak The tubes have been painted by a previous owner.and the interior of the Hull is very good

I'm looking for 225

is it the force 4 or GT? ie does it have remotes and seats? got any pics?

thats a very good price - you shouldnt insult mr wave and haggle at that price especially as its on a trailer

Bought it to play with but never got around to it.

Firstly I'm certainly not insulted by your coments.

Sorry I haven't a clue about the model I bought it on ebay for about 350 with the intention of slapping and outboard on it so I had a tender to take me out to a rib I was driving that was moored in a river.

I was needing it for work, but the job fell over, so It never got used and quickly became part of the clutter that I need to remove from my life. I'd refurbish it myself but the toobs are painted, which I hate, so I can't get into it.

It's hull and tubes only and theres nothin inside, no seats or consoles, but the deckis very clean I'm Sea trialing a boat in Northumberland at the moment and then taking it up to Aberdeen, so pictures wont be possible for about a week.

The trailer is glvanised and it's a really small Snipe
