Wanted - 20hp 2-stroke manual/tiller short shaft

I need this for a spot of adventure Sibbing. Can pick up if it's in the South/SouthEast. Not too old - needs to be reliable, but not expensive either. Have to transport it by ship, so 4-stroke won't work.
